Smash Your Way Up! — Game Terms

1. Service and operator

These terms govern Smash Your Way Up! (Korean title: 부수면 올라간다고?), provided by YURAIKI Co., Ltd. The game offers block smashing, climbing, records, earned coins, characters and cosmetic equipment.

2. Eligibility and agreement

The game is intended for people aged 14 or older. Review and accept these terms before playing, or exit without accepting. Minors must obtain a legal guardian’s consent where required by applicable law. Selecting an age group is not identity verification or a substitute for required guardian consent.

3. Progress and items

Scores, highest floors, coins, unlocks, item purchases, equipped items and settings are stored on the device. The current version has no game account login or operator-hosted progress sync. Clearing app data, reinstalling or changing devices may cause loss of progress. Android backup and restore depend on device settings and platform policies.

Earned coins and items are game data. No cash redemption, player-to-player sale or transfer feature is provided. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Advertising and rewards

Banner, interstitial and rewarded ads may appear. Rewarded ads run when you choose the offered reward, which is granted after the advertising service confirms completion. Ad availability depends on networks and inventory. Advertising privacy choices are handled separately according to applicable regional and age protections.

5. Purchases and refunds

Current coin purchases use earned game currency rather than real money. If real-money products are introduced, price, contents, duration, billing and withdrawal information will be shown before purchase, subject to applicable law and platform policies. See Payments and Refunds for details.

6. Fair use

Do not unlawfully copy or distribute the game, infringe others’ rights, exploit vulnerabilities for improper gain, or disrupt the service using unauthorized software. Measures must be proportionate to the violation, and you may contact support to contest them. Normal use of development or editing features provided by the operator is not prohibited by this clause.

7. Content and changes

Game art, audio, code and other content belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Features may change for fixes, security or balance. Changes affecting paid entitlements or service discontinuation will receive legally required notice and remedies. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy and revised terms

Personal information is described in the separate Privacy Policy. Material terms changes will be announced with an effective date and renewed agreement where required. Documents remain available in Settings.

9. Support and disputes

Contact support@yuraiki.kr. Disputes follow applicable law and jurisdiction rules without removing mandatory local consumer protections.
