Smash Your Way Up! — Privacy Policy
Version 1 · Effective October 25, 2026
1. Scope and operator
YURAIKI Co., Ltd. provides this policy for Smash Your Way Up! (Korean title: 부수면 올라간다고?). This game is separate from the operator’s coloring apps. The current game has no account login, Firebase progress storage, player chat, prize events or precise-location collection feature.
2. On-device information
The app stores scores, cumulative records, highest floors, coins, character and equipment unlocks, purchases, equipped items, music and control settings locally. It also stores accepted terms and notice versions, acceptance time, language and an age group. No date of birth is requested. The game currently has no feature uploading these records to an operator game server.
Development editing features can save appearance transforms and mask files. Import and export use Android’s file picker and sharing tools for documents you choose. Exports are not automatically sent to the operator.
3. Advertising services
The game uses Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google may process IP addresses, ad and app interactions, diagnostic information, identifiers such as advertising IDs and app set IDs, and privacy choices for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and consent management. Actual processing depends on device settings, region, age protections, choices and SDK configuration.
See Google’s Privacy Policy, partner-service data use information and SDK data disclosures for Google’s processing, retention and international handling. Google’s retention is not represented as identical to local game-data retention.
4. Choices
The advertising SDK and ad requests are gated by UMP’s permission to request ads. A regional privacy form appears when required. Advertising privacy choices appear in Settings when UMP requires that entry point. Advertising choices are separate from acceptance of game terms. Rejecting personalized-ad choices does not by itself block gameplay and does not necessarily remove all permitted ads.
You can manage or delete your advertising ID in Android’s advertising privacy settings; menu names vary.
5. Age
The game is intended for ages 14+. Selecting under 14 blocks entry. The app distinguishes ages 14–15 from 16+ locally and applies conservative under-age-of-consent advertising tags to UMP and the advertising SDK for the younger group. This is not identity verification and is not used to collect marketing contacts.
6. Support email
If you send a support email, your address, message and voluntary attachments are used to respond and handle disputes. The contact button only opens a draft in your email app; it does not send automatically. Do not include passwords, government identifiers or payment credentials.
7. Retention and deletion
Local records can remain until app data or the app is removed. Android backup, device transfers and files you export must be managed in their respective devices, accounts and storage. The first-run legal acceptance record is excluded from app backup. Support information is deleted without undue delay after its purpose is fulfilled, except where retention is legally required. Google’s information is subject to its own rights and retention procedures.
8. Rights and safeguards
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other applicable rights concerning information the operator processes. Only necessary verification will be requested, and legal restrictions will be explained. The app uses app-specific storage and Android access controls; Google SDK transport uses that service’s safeguards.
